Exchange and Returns

At Margot Bardot, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a flexible exchange and return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings and other intimate items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@margotbardot.com with your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for your return. Once approved, carefully repackage the item(s) with all original materials and include the proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges for a different size, color, or style can be requested by contacting hi@margotbardot.com and are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or allow you to select an alternative item. Alternatively, you may return the original item and place a new order for faster processing. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer will not be accepted. Margot Bardot is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
