refund policy

At Margot Bardot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds are not available for earrings or intimate items due to hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or damaged. Sale items or purchases made with a discount code are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. To request a refund, contact us at hi@margotbardot.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Approved returns must be shipped back in secure packaging with proof of purchase included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
