Returns

Here at Margot Bardot, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We recommend that you ensure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take care of it and will be liable for any damages. 

How do I return my item?

Step 1: Put your unused items in a box, it must be returned to us in its original packaging.
Step 2: Include your order number so we can identify your order and write the following return address on your shipment:

Step 3: Drop off the parcel at your local postal service office. Returns are at your own expense. 
Step 4: Wait for an email response confirming the refund. 

Please note that we do everything we can to process your return shipment as soon as possible after its arrival in our warehouse. We advise you to keep your return confirmation until your return shipment has been processed. You'll receive an email notification when your return shipment is processed, so make sure to check your inbox.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation


We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hi@margotbardot.com. 

If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method. 

If your order has been already shipped, you will need to return the item(s) to us in accordance with our return policy in order to receive a refund. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
